- First, remove the paper roll from the printer.
- Next, long-press the power button for approximately 10 seconds. Keep holding it until you see the green light flash two times.
- After the green light flashes, reinsert the paper roll into the printer.
Once you've completed these steps, your printer should be ready to print as usual. This process helps reset the printer's internal system and resolves the "No paper" alert, allowing you to continue printing without any further issues.
